Integration of id cards

SLOVNAFT ID CARD INTEGRATION FOR USE IN MOL

• Download the INTEGRATION REQUEST FORM  and fill in the required information, including the access authorisation designation. (Badge No.= card number, e.g. 01012345, where the first three numbers are also the Facility Code ... 010).
• Send the completed and signed application (must be signed by the applicant and his/her supervisor) scanned to vstupy@efg.slovnaft.sk. Include as an attachment to the email your consent to provide your photograph for the purposes of the MOL database. You will receive an email notification of successful integration.

ATTENTION! AT MOL CAMPUS, THE INTEGRATED CARD ALONE IS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR ENTRY INTO THE BUILDING

Even if you have an integrated card (equipped now or in the past) available, it is not enough to enter the MOL Campus in Budapest. You need to complete a HSE training and training course focused on this specific modern building before you can enter the MOL Campus.

• As a first step you must successfully complete the HSE training - click on TRAINING MATERIAL WITH TEST
• Read the MOL CAMPUS TRAINING MATERIAL in the iTutor and confirm that you are familiar with it. You will receive a certificate in your mailbox as confirmation for you that you have completed the training to enter the MOL Campus. Please send the certificate to HQ Belépőkártya-iroda HQ_Belepokartya@MOL.hu
• You only need to complete the training once, but always complete the MOL KID before you leave for your business trip to the MOL.

PARKING IN MOL CAMPUS

• You must reserve a guest parking space to park in the Campus, otherwise you will not be able to enter the underground car park.
• Guest parking must be requested at least 2 days prior to arrival.
• Only employees who work at the MOL Campus can reserve a parking space in the MOL Campus application.

The contact person, colleague or host working on the MOL campus must reserve the parking space in advance. This requires the registration number, the name of the arriving employee, the date, and time of arrival and departure.

The claim must be initiated by the employee working at the Campus.

If the guest arrives early: they can enter the car park at least 60 minutes before the booked time.

The guest have one hour from the start of parking to arrive. If the appointment is delayed, we will hold the space for up to one hour after the time indicated as the end of the reservation. Important! As soon as you leave the car park, your parking space will be closed and your space will be released, so you will not be able to return even if the original reservation period has not expired.

Employees of MOL Nyrt. who request activation of their entrance ID to the premises of SLOVNAFT a.s. they will ask an authorized person at the MOL Nyrt entrance department. to send a request for IC integration to the address HQ_Belepokartya@MOL.hu .
